Affiliate links are specific website links that have been provided for my own use on social media / web platforms. When you click through this link and subsequently make a purchase or sign up to a service, then it may generate a commission.
Programs for each affiliate can be very different such as a one off commission, recurring commissions or may even generate a commission if you subsequently visit and make a purchase from a website within 24 hours, 30 days, or maybe even a month or entire year.
This commission does not cost you any extra when making a purchase and is a separate payable transaction. The company pays the commission to me within an agreed time period following any transaction.
There are instances where I may have negotiated with a company to occasionally offer you a bonus for using my affiliate link.
Given the ever changing nature of the world wide web, this means that affiliate programs are also continually evolving and changing their terms and conditions. This means that I cannot label each and every individual affiliate link in each and every blog post I make.
Whilst I will try to maintain the links contained within this website, there may be instances where the linked website has changed, or may have a redirection in place which I am not always aware of.
There may also be occasions where ordinary links on a blog post have been turned into an affiliate link via a WordPress Plugin that I have subsequently installed after the blog post was made. These changes are not something that I would always be made aware of.
Therefore, it is best to make the assumption that every link contained within the STradingPost.com is an affiliate link and that you will be supporting the website costs when you click through and make a purchase.
